Description:Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Keeping your core tight and back flat, hold a barbell with an overhand grip. Make sure, your hands are little bit closer than shoulder-width. Bring the barbell above your head with arms fully extended, keeping the elbows up and the upper arm in place. Then lower the barbell behind your head until your forearms touch your biceps. Return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
